A: Yes, you can. You are welcome to place a sample order to test the quality or the market. We charge $50 for a single shoe sample. When the order quantity exceeds 100 pieces, we will refund the sample fee.

 Q: How long does it take to deliver the samples and the goods?

A: Samples in stock can be ready within 5 days. Customized samples usually take about 7 to 15 days. For large quantity orders, it generally takes 20 to 25 days.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the color for orders?

A: Basically, customers can order any color. We will send the color card that the customer wants together with the sample.

 Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) restriction?

A: Yes, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces, but trial orders are also welcome.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long will it take for the goods to arrive?

A: The shipping method depends on the quantity of your order. We usually ship by sea freight, air freight or express delivery. Sea freight takes 20 to 30 days, air freight takes 5 to 10 days, and express delivery takes 3 to 5 days. The express freight for samples shall be borne by the customer.

 Q: How do I place an order?

A: First, inform us of your requirements.

 Second, we will quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

 Then, the customer confirms the design drawing and pays the deposit for the formal order.

 Finally, we arrange production and shipment, and then you pay the balance.

 Q: Can my logo be printed on the products?

A: Yes, it can. We provide OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. Please provide the AI file of the logo so that our designers can make renderings for your confirmation.

 Q: Are there any products in stock?

A: For some products, we have stock in specific colors. We will check with the warehouse when customers make inquiries.

 Q: Do you support customized packaging?

A: Of course. We support customized packaging with plastic bags, gift boxes or display boxes that can have warning texts on them.
